One correction though, I believe the historical Buddha left home at age 29, and then "walked the earth" for another 7 years till his enlightenment. Thus it would be in his 36th year that he: "attained a remarkable, multi-faceted and deeply comprehensive shift in the way he saw the world" Just semantics, I know.... Good article.
